Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please carefully review our return and replacement policies below:

1. 6-Month Plant Replacement Guarantee

Replacement Policy: We offer a one-time reshipment policy for plants that die for any reason within six months of receiving the package.

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are not included in this guarantee. Buyers are responsible for paying the resending shipping fee.

How to Claim:

Send your order number and photos showing which plants have died to changyun9898@hotmail.com.

Once approved, pay the resending shipping fee to complete the replacement process.

2. Damages and Issues

Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your plant immediately upon receiving your order. You must record an unboxing video and take clear photos to document its initial condition.

Reporting Issues: If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with the unboxing video and photos so we can assess and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Note: Failing to provide unboxing videos and photos may limit our ability to assist you beyond our standard after-sales terms.

3. General Returns

Requesting a Return: To start a return, please contact us first at changyun9898@hotmail.com.

Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants (for dead plants, please refer to our 6-Month Plant Replacement Guarantee).
• Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
• Personal Care Goods: Beauty or grooming products.
• Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the European Union:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Inspection & Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund is approved.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Delays: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at changyun9898@hotmail.com.

Dead on Arrival (DOA):

If your plant arrives dead, you must provide a continuous unboxing video as proof immediately upon package delivery (within 24 hours). Upon verification, a refund will be issued (refund covers the plant cost only, excluding original shipping fees). Without a valid unboxing video, your claim will default to our standard 6-Month Plant Replacement Policy.

Returns for Living Plants:

If the plant is still growing, but you insist on a return and refund, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering all return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item (refund covers the plant cost only, excluding original shipping fees).
