※ If you receive serious defects (such as: moldy, broken, etc.), shortages or errors, please take a photo now, and contact the store within 24 hours by letter or phone, we will assist as soon as possible and clarify the responsibility. Customer service staff will arrange relevant treatment methods according to the status of the product.
※In case of subsequent return, we will complete the refund within one week after receiving the returned goods.
