Return policy

※ Plant products are dug out from the planting site after receiving the order, so they cannot be returned.

※ Plant products are distributed many times, which is easy to produce losses, and various factors in the external environment are easy to make them rot and deteriorate, including but not limited to: weather, environment, temperature, humidity, insect pests... Wait, so you can't return it after it's sold.

※ If you receive serious defects (such as: moldy, broken, etc.), shortages or errors, please take a photo now, and contact the store within 24 hours by letter or phone, we will assist as soon as possible and clarify the responsibility. Customer service staff will arrange relevant treatment methods according to the status of the product.

※In case of subsequent return, we will complete the refund within one week after receiving the returned goods. ※ When any of the following events occur, the order will be considered completed, and the buyer must bear the cost, no refund or return service will be accepted:

1. When the logistics personnel deliver the goods to the recipient's name, telephone number and address provided by the buyer, but the recipient cannot be contacted, or the goods are delivered by the logistics company to the consignee who signs for them, the order is deemed to have been completed.

2. When the logistics cannot deliver the goods or the information provided by the buyer is incomplete, and the buyer cannot be contacted in time.

3. According to the specified delivery time to the unsigned, logistics personnel can not get contact by phone contact, or the recipient of the delivery of goods rejected.

4. The goods will be delivered to the designated place in accordance with the specified delivery time entered, but the recipient cannot sign for them and someone else will collect them.

Shipping

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship you the available portion of your order. When the item is available, we will ship the rest of the order to you.
